Registration deadline is soon, the clubs have only two days left to finalise their squad lists for the play-offs. Each club can register an additional 5 players, and send the list of the new players with necessary information (union reg. number, date of birth, full name) to cup@ceerugby.eu. If a squad list would exceed the 40-player limit with these additions, clubs can name up to 5 players they want taken off tehir roster in the new ones’ place. Registration ends at 00:00 March 1.

The rules for transfers between two CEE Rugby Clubs are also important. Each newly contracted player needs to have been registered at the Union of his new club, and if he is a foreigner to this country, he also has to possess his registration card from his home Union. No special permission is needed to be displayed from his home Union, neither from his old club. However, it is his new club’s responsibility to maintain these documents to make proof of the transfer in case of a complaint.
